Leicester may be treading water a little under Claude Puel, but any prospective manager should be able to see the huge potential there.

Leicester City are on the verge of a fourth managerial change in four years, with Claude Puel rumoured to leave at the end of the season.
The Frenchman helped direct the Foxes away from relegation this season, much in the same way that Craig Shakespeare did last term, but reported fallouts with players and poor form over the second half of this season have left the former Southampton manager on shaky ground.

Exactly who can grab hold of this Leicester team and establish themselves is a bit of a mystery – Claudio Ranieri couldn’t do it despite winning the Premier Leauge – but for whoever is eyeing them up, there is a core of players who are very enticing.
Ben Chilwell, Kelechi Iheanacho, Demarai Gray, and Wilfred Ndidi are all very talented players at 21-years-old, and come with years of top-flight experience.

The right manager has an awful lot to work with there if they can find a way to make Leicester a long-term project – and that’s without mentioning the likes of Vardy, Mahrez, and Maguire. It would take time, but few clubs can boast as clear a future as that.
