Liverpool could to let Ings leave Anfield this summer but any transfer is expected to keep him in the Premier League and Crystal Palace are ideal.

According to a report from the Telegraph earlier in the transfer window, Danny Ings is actively pursuing a move away from Liverpool this summer.
That is despite Jurgen Klopp wishing he would stay, although no one can begrudge Ings feeling that regular first-team football is necessary at this stage of his career.
There are a few clubs in the Premier League who would benefit from adding Ings to their squad, with three standing out in particular. Newcastle United, Southampton, and Crystal Palace are all in the market for new firepower after misfiring seasons from their front men.
Newcastle face the usual problem of being unwilling to spend competitively, so the idea of them spending a chunk of their budget on an injury-prone player is a doubtful one. It is similar with Southampton, who are certainly more willing to spend than their rivals but are likely to want a more proven goal-scorer to turn around last year’s troubles.
Palace, on the other hand, finished last year on an incredible high, and Ings might be exactly what they are looking for.
At his best, the Liverpool striker is a very hard working, quick finisher and that is a style that Palace had success with last season, despite using both Andros Townsend and Wilfried Zaha out of position there.

Target-man Christian Benteke never got going, but the way Palace played with two quick forwards turned them into one of the top teams in the league over the second half of the season, and the potential for a more natural striker in the role is huge.
If Ings wants his best shot at getting back on track in the Premier League, Crystal Palace is where he needs to be.
