Some West Brom fans on social media have been raving over Kyle Bartley’s performance against Brighton.
West Brom picked up perhaps the luckiest win they’ll ever get against the Seagulls on Saturday with the south-coast club missing two penalties and having a very controversial goal disallowed.
However, the three points are all that matters and regardless of Brighton being incredibly unlucky, the Baggies managed to keep a clean sheet.
The standout performer for Albion was certainly Kyle Bartley.
Not only did the towering centre-half score the only goal of the game, he made a block late on that was crucial in Albion keeping hold of their lead.
There’s no doubting that the Midlands outfit have a mountain to climb if they’re going to stay in the Premier League, but fans were labelling Bartley as a man-mountain after his performance on Saturday, and rightly so.
