Arsenal attacking midfielder Martin Odegaard was brilliant in the second half against Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon, according to The London Evening Standard journalist Simon Collings on Twitter.

The journalist was at the match, and he noted just how good Odegaard was in the second half for Arsenal.

Collings made the following post on Twitter immediately after Arsenal central defender Ben White scored to make it 2-2.

Arsenal were 2-0 down at one stage against Bournemouth, but the North London club launched a comeback in the second period to pick up all three points from the encounter courtesy of a 3-2 win.

Leader

Martin Odegaard is one of the best players in the Premier League and is a leader at Arsenal.

The £30 million (The Daily Mail) former Real Madrid player is the Arsenal captain, and he leads by example.

Against Bournemouth, the creative player worked hard and made himself available even when things were tough.

Now, Odegaard should have done better with his shooting, but the Norwegian was a force to be reckoned with in the middle of the park and was constantly driving the team forward.

One of the main reasons why Arsenal won in the end was the performance of Odegaard.
