Some Everton fans on social media are far from happy after it was reported that Rafael Benitez isn’t a fan of James Rodriguez.
Rodriguez has only been at Everton for a year, but it seems as though his stay in Merseyside could be cut short, with Marca claiming he could leave Goodison Park before the end of the transfer window.
Rodriguez is undoubtedly one of the Toffees’ most talented players, the midfielder is a Champions League winner, a World Cup Golden Boot winner and he used to play for Real Madrid, what more do you want on a player’s CV?
Unfortunately, Rodriguez hasn’t been able to convince Benitez that he’s a player he needs at Everton, and it’s fair to say that fans disagree with the Spaniard’s view on Rodriguez.
