‘Absolute baller’: Some Arsenal fans really impressed with rival player’s display last night

Some Arsenal fans on Twitter were impressed with the performance of Phil Foden for Manchester City against Burnley on Monday evening.

Foden was in action for City in their Premier League game against Burnley at the Etihad Stadium.

The 20-year-old midfielder was superb for Pep Guardiola’s side, as he scored twice to help his team to a 5-0 victory over the Clarets.

Some Arsenal fans following the match was very impressed with the performance produced by the England Under-21 international, as shown in the following posts on Twitter.

According to WhoScored, against Burnley on Monday evening, Foden took three shots of which two were on target and ended in goals, played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 80.6%, won one header, took 45 touches, attempted two dribbles, and put in one cross.

So far this season, the English youngster has made four starts and 12 substitute appearances in the Premier League for City, scoring three goals and providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.

Foden has also made two starts and two substitute appearances in the Champions League for the Citizens this campaign, scoring two goals and providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
