Steven Gerrard reporteldy wants to do a deal with Frank Lampard with Scottish Premiership giants Rangers eyeing Derby County’s Dons loanee Max Lowe.

Aberdeen fans would like nothing more than to see Max Lowe return to Scotland this summer – but at Pittodrie, not Ibrox.
The Derby County left-back has spent the entire 2018/19 season on loan with The Dons and he has stood out under Derek McInnes with his attack-minded style and rapid pace on the flank.
Lowe was even named Aberdeen’s Young Player of the Year on Thursday night – a deserved accolade for a player who has been arguably the best in his position in the Scottish Premiership over the last nine months or so.
But, according to the Daily Record, his performances have also caught the eye of Aberdeen’s rivals Rangers.

Steven Gerrard appears keen to call in a favour from his old England team-mate Frank Lampard and bring the youngster to Ibrox. Given that Rangers have struggled at left-back this season, Jon Flanagan and Borna Barisic failing to truly convince, Lowe would represent a substantial upgrade.
But this would not go down well at all with Aberdeen fans who are desperate to see Lowe return for one more season.
