Rangers striker drew a blank against Aberdeen.

Alfredo Morelos had something of a breakthrough against Aberdeen this weekend.
For the first time in three matches against the Dons, the Rangers striker was not sent off.
This time though also unlike his last match where he scored twice, he did not hit the target.
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes commented on Morelos after the game, and was positive about the Colombian.
He praised the attacking threat the striker poses, and praised his own defenders.
McInnes told Aberdeen’s official website: “Considine and McKenna had their hands full. Even when Morelos isn’t at his best he’s still a real threat as he plays on that shoulder.
“He only needs one chance sometimes so I thought the level of concentration from both lads was terrific.”

The two teams were closely matched in the Scottish Cup quarter final, playing out a 1-1 draw.
Ranger will now host the replay at Ibrox on Tuesday March 12.
After coming through Sunday’s game without a red card, Morelos will be keen for a repeat, only this time getting back on the scoresheet.
