Abel Hernandez reportedly interested in Leeds United move

Leeds United have been linked with Abel Hernandez of Hull City in the summer transfer window.

Hull City striker Abel Hernandez is interested in joining Leeds United in the summer transfer window, according to The Yorkshire Evening Post, although Aton Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers are claimed to want him.

Hernandez is out of contract at Hull this summer, and Championship rivals Leeds are reported to be interested in securing the services of the Uruguay international striker.

It has been reported that Leeds chairman owner Andrea Radrizzani is confident of financing the 27-year-old weekly wage of £40,000 through the sale of 10% stake in the club.

Leeds, though, are not the only club who are reported to be interested in signing Hull’s Hernandez this summer.

According to Leeds Live, Championship side Villa want Hernandez, while TEAMtalk has credited Wolves, who will play in the Premier League next season, with interest in the former Palermo striker.

Exciting signing

Hernandez has proved himself in the Championship, and the 27-year-old would be a great signing for Leeds, especially on a free transfer.

The Uruguay international striker would flourish playing in front of the likes of Pablo Hernandez and Samuel Saiz, and if the striker wants to move to Elland Road, then Radrizzani should make it happen.
