Newcastle United boss Rafael Benitez is reportedly keen on signing Huddersfield Town’s Aaron Mooy.

Aaron Mooy would be a great buy for Newcastle United if Rafael Benitez can bring him to St. James’ Park.

According to The World’s Game, Newcastle boss Rafael Benitez is pushing Mike Ashley to sign Mooy.

And if Newcastle can get a deal over the line for the Huddersfield Town man then he would be a great addition.

Mooy possesses both energy and technical skill, and his all-action style has made him very popular at Huddersfield.

Newcastle have been very quiet in the transfer window so far, but Mooy’s arrival would ease some of the pressure on Ashley.

While Mooy’s arrival would hardly complete Newcastle’s squad, it would at least show some ambition.

And if Benitez wants Mooy, then Newcastle should really push hard to sign the Australian international, because he’d be their best signing so far this summer.
