The young Everton right-back has impressed his senior team-mate.

Everton winger Aaron Lennon has hailed youngster Jonjoe Kenny for his “unbelievable” performances.
Lennon has struck up an excellent partnership with right-back Kenny, with the pair providing a considerable attacking threat.
Despite the struggles that Everton endured earlier this season Kenny still managed to emerge with credit, which Lennon believes is testament to the 20-year-old’s ability.
The former England international told the club’s official website: “Jonjoe has been unbelievable. From the moment I came here, I’ve always liked Jonjoe. I’ve always thought he’s a great professional and a great player. Since he stepped in, he’s been unbelievable.

“Obviously, things weren’t going so great for us and for a young lad to come in and put in the performances that he did, it’s just fantastic. He’s getting better with every game, too. He’s been a joy to play with in recent weeks and we’re building up a little partnership now which has been great.”
Kenny broke into the Everton starting line-up during the closing stages of Ronald Koeman’s tenure and he remained in the side throughout David Unsworth’s time in temporary charge.

New manager Sam Allardyce kept faith with Kenny for the victory over Huddersfield Town last weekend and the youngster produced another composed display, indicating that he deserves to retain his place in the side, at least until Seamus Coleman is finally over his injury struggles.
The important aspect for Kenny now will be to perform with consistency and to cope with the increased expectations that will be placed upon him.
With Everton already knocked out of the Europa League, Kenny could be rested for tomorrow night’s final group stage fixture away to Apollon Limassol, with Sunday’s Merseyside derby away to Liverpool in mind.
