West Ham United have turned their season around over the past two months.

Hammers full-back Aaron Cresswell spoke to the club’s official website about the benefits of their training camp in Dubai, and highlighted the importance of the team bonding together, especially for the new arrivals.
Slaven Bilic’s men were unlucky not to head out to the Middle East on the back of a victory over West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, after putting in one of the best displays of their season so far, and eventually had to settle for a 2-2 draw.
But Cresswell, who is currently nursing an injury, was in positive mood when speaking to WHUFC.com, explaining how training in warm weather and the chance for the squad to spend quality time together in close quarters will be hugely beneficial to the team in the long run:
“It’s nice to all get together and spend four or five days together. We’ve also got a couple of new lads so it’s a chance for them to get together with everyone and enjoy it. It’s always good to get in something different for training, and of course that’s what we’re getting with a bit of warm weather training. It’s good to get out of the cold and into the warm. It’s a chance to recharge the batteries and it’s always good for the body. We’ve got to continue the hard work here and take that into the next week and go into the Watford game.”

The East London outfit currently occupy 10th position in the Premier League table, after going on an impressive run that has seen them win six and draw one of their last 10 league outings.
And they face a run of very much winnable games when they return from their Dubai training camp.
Aside from their home game against Chelsea, four of their next five matches are against sides currently in the bottom eight of the league table, and if they can put together a run of victories, a place inside the top seven would all of a sudden seem like a genuine possibility.
