The West Ham United winger has been in fine form of late.
West Ham left-back Aaron Cresswell spoke exclusively to the club’s official website about Felipe Anderson’s start to life in England, and offered high words of praise for his teammate, suggesting that the Brazilian has been ‘really good’ over the past few games.
Anderson joined the Hammers from Lazio in the summer, for a club record fee of around £42 million, and despite a slow start to life in east London, he is beginning to display his superb quality for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
West Ham have endured an inconsistent start to their Premier League campaign, so that has surely not helped the 25-year-old winger settle into life at the London Stadium, but their recent upturn in form has coincided with the Brazilian’s improvement.
Cresswell spoke exclusively to the club’s official website, and offered high words of praise for Anderson, suggesting that he has been very good over the past few games:
“It was a good goal and he’s done that for us in the last couple of games. He’s scored a few goals now and hopefully he can keep that going. We’re 11 into the season and over the last few, he’s been really good.”
Next up for West Ham is a really tough test against Manchester City on November 24th, and Anderson will have to be on his very best form, if his side are to have any chance whatsoever of beating Pep Guardiola’s men.
