West Ham United have failed to win any of their first four matches under the stewardship of David Moyes.

Moyes has failed to win any of his first four matches in charge at West Ham, but there were signs of encouragement on display on their last outing against Manchester City.
Although the Hammers were beaten 2-1 at the Etihad Stadum, West Ham did at least manage to make the game competitive.

And Cresswell believes that West Ham are working harder on their structure and organisation now.
The left-back said: “Organisation is the key to everything, running, work ethic, and he’s certainly brought that since he’s come through the door.

“Whenever a new manager comes in, it doesn’t matter for what reason it is, the tempo in training, the games, the running stats go up. That’s happened at our place, but we haven’t picked up the points we’d like, and we need to do that sooner rather than later.”
West Ham are currently in 19th place in the Premier League table, with concerns rising that they could be relegated.
West Ham are three points away from safety, and could be cut adrift unless they can find the winning formula soon.
Moyes’ side are next in action against Chelsea at the weekend, before they take on Arsenal.
