Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa needs to turn to Aapo Halme.

It looks like the end of Samu Saiz at Leeds United.
The Yorkshire Post has reported that Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa has approved the ‘unsettled’ star’s return to Spain in January as Getafe ready a £6 million bid.
The 27-year-old won’t be included in today’s squad for the trip to Bolton Wanderers, which could be good news for a certain Aapo Halme.
Bielsa has been using Kalvin Phillips – a central midfielder – as a makeshift centre-back at times this season, and might’ve done so again against Bolton.
But with Saiz absent, the Argentine needs Phillips back in midfield and that opens the door for the very impressive Halme to partner Pontus Jansson at the heart of United’s defence.
The 20-year-old, who joined the Whites last January, has only managed 143 minutes of Championship football since joining Leeds.
But Halme, a 6’5 man-mountain, has looked ever so impressive off the bench in recent weeks and it makes total sense for Bielsa to start him again against Wanderers today.
