Jose Enrique has suggested on Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane could join Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United in the summer transfer window.
The former Liverpool and Newcastle star has said that it is a “possibility” that Tottenham and England international striker Kane could find himself at St. James’ Park at the end of the season.
The pundit has noted that for Newcastle to sign the £200,000-a-week (SalarySport) striker, Eddie Howe’s side need to finish in an European place in the Premier League table this season.
Jose Enrique on potential Harry Kane transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to Newcastle United

Unlikely to happen
In our view, it is very unlikely that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane will join Newcastle United in the summer transfer window.
We do not see that happening at all.
Yes, Newcastle could end up in the UEFA Champions League spots in the Premier League table this season, but we do not believe that even that would be tempting to Kane.
After all, the striker has been on the books of Tottenham his entire professional club football career so far.
If Kane does leave Spurs this summer, then, we believe that he would join a bigger club and not make a sideways or even backwards move to Newcastle, who are just starting on their grand journey to become an elite club.
