Tottenham Hotspur snapped up Serge Aurier from Paris Saint-Germain in August.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Kieran Trippier has told the London Evening Standard that new signing Serge Aurier has settled in well so far.
Spurs left it late to get going in the summer transfer market, but made five new signings in August to boost Mauricio Pochettino’s squad.
One of those five signings, defender Serge Aurier, joined Tottenham from Paris Saint-Germain on deadline day last month, representing a major deal for Spurs.
With Spurs in need for a pacy, attack-minded right back who could supply an end product in the final third following Kyle Walker’s move to Manchester City, they plumped for Aurier – an exciting player, yet often flawed individual.

Aurier’s off-field problems have been well-documented throughout his time with PSG, but Pochettino decided to gamble on the Ivorian international on the basis that he can replicate many of the traits that made Walker so vital.
Aurier made his Premier League bow against Swansea City on Saturday evening, coming on as a second half substitute, and he should have been awarded a late penalty in a frustrating 0-0 draw.
Now, Aurier’s Tottenham team-mate and fellow right back Kieran Trippier has spoken to the London Evening Standard about the new boy’s arrival, admitting that he has settled in well.

Whilst the pair will be in direct competition for the right back or right wing back spot in Pochettino’s side, Trippier has praised Aurier as a powerful player with good delivery and a ‘funny lad’, adding real competition for places in North London.
“He’s a good player, a powerful, funny lad, his English is OK,” said Trippier. “But no, he’s a great signing for us with [Davinson] Sanchez as well, with Juan [Foyth] and [Fernando] Llorente as well. “They are good signings, it’s good competition for everybody in the team.“
“[Serge] has got pace, power. He has got good delivery on him as well. I think he has settled in nice and easily as well. He is a character, he has a bit of banter about him playing all of his French music and stuff and he’s settled in,” he added.
