Marseille are reportedly weighing up an offer for the Celtic hitman.

Celtic hitman Moussa Dembele was linked with a move to Ligue 1 outfit Marseille today, and Hoops fans took to Twitter in response to the news.

The 22-year-old joined the Glasgow giants from Fulham in the summer of 2016, and he has gone on to be a real hit at Parkhead, scoring 50 goals in 90 appearances in all competitions.

Dembele is widely considered to be one of Brendan Rodgers’ most important players, and the Northern Irishman will surely do everything within his power to keep hold of him.

French media outlet L’Equipe are reporting that Marseille are weighing up a move for the Frenchman, and are prepared to pay €15 million (£13.4 million) in order to obtain his signature.

Celtic have only brought in three new players this summer, and the last thing they need is to lose one of their prized assets, especially for such a paltry amount.
