Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard has told The Herald that reported interest from Arsenal is “flattering”.
However, the Frenchman has said that he is happy at Scottish Premiership giants Celtic.
According to The London Evening Standard, the 22-year-old striker is a transfer target for Arsenal this summer.
The Express reported in May that Edouard is Arsenal’s ‘top target for the summer’.
Edouard told The Herald when asked about Arsenal’s reported interest: “It shows you are working hard and doing the right things as a player.
“It is flattering. But I just concentrate on trying to play well for Celtic. That’s what I am focused on at the moment.”

According to The Herald, Edouard scored 28 goals in all competitions for Celtic this season.
The striker scored 22 goals and provided seven assists in the Scottish Premiership for Neil Lennon’s side this campaign, according to BBC Sport.
Good signing for Arsenal?
As reported by The Herald, Edouard cost Celtic £9 million in transfer fee when they signed him from Paris Saint-Germain, but the Glasgow giants will certainly want at least double of that amount.
The striker has developed well at the Hoops, and given that he is only 22 years of age, he will be a very good signing for Arsenal, not just for now, but in the long run as well.
However, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette both at the Gunners, unless the Premier League club sell one of them this summer, it is hard to see how Edouard will get playing time next season at the Emirates Stadium.
