Here are some of the latest stories on transfer deadline day, including updates involving Tottenham Hotspur, Celtic, Newcastle United and Everton.

Tottenham
As reported by Sky Sports’ live transfer feed (31st January 2018; 07:59), Neymar has expressed his disappointment that Lucas Moura is being allowed to leave Paris Saint-Germain, with Tottenham looking set to complete a deadline day deal for the 25-year-old.
“He’s not just a friend, he’s a very good guy. Here he could have been used a lot more but I’m not the owner of the team, not the owner of Paris. For me, he should never have left Paris.”

Celtic
The Hoops are looking for a new goalkeeper with Craig Gordon sidelined due to injury, but it appears that they may have to increase their offer further if they hope to land Carson today.
Newcastle United
Aarons has barely featured for the Magpies this season, so the chance to leave on loan will surely appeal to the talented winger.

Everton
Sandro cost the Toffees £5.2 million during the previous window, BBC Sport reports, and, according to the Daily Mail, Sevilla will be able to sign the striker for £7.8 million in the summer. Not bad for a forward whose only goal during his time at Goodison Park came in a 5-1 defeat.
Crystal Palace
The Daily Mail reports that Sorloth – who has scored 10 goals in 19 games for Midtjylland this season – could be available, but the Eagles may need to pay £8 million to bring him to Selhurst Park.
Leicester City
The Mail reports that Manchester City are chasing Mahrez during the final hours of the window, and Townsend may be a player they look to target if the Algerian ends up leaving.
