Lozano is a Mexico international who already has more than 20 caps for his country.
Any team buying him early could strike a bargain with the World Cup on the horizon.
While Wolves may have missed out on Locadia, if they look to PSV again, Lozano must be their top target.
He is a player with even more investment potential, and one who could be a transcendent Mexican star in Europe, the ‘El Tri’s biggest export since Chicharito.
Lozano can play wide left or up front through the middle, and linking him up with Jota, Ivan Cavaleiro and Helder Costa is an exciting prospect.
