Palace want Bolasie

Crystal Palace could make a deadline-day move to re-sign Everton winger Yannick Bolasie, whose future has nose-dived into doubt after the signings of Richarlison and Bernard.

The 29-year-old has been linked with moves to Turkey, Burnley and even Championship side Middlesbrough, but now the Mirror claim Palace could look to lure the DR Congo international back to Selhurst Park.

Watford match Newcastle’s Maia bid

French outlet Le10Sport have claimed that Watford have matched Newcastle United’s £17.8million offer for Brazilian midfielder Thiago Maia, who shone at Lille in Ligue 1 last season.

However, Newcastle fans may take some positives from the fact that the 21-year-old prefers a move to St. James’ Park over Vicarage Road – and that could just see The Toon appease fans somewhat on the deadline’s final day.

Tottenham rivalling United for PSG youngster Zagre

Football London have reported a claim from France that Spurs and Manchester United have made offers for Paris Saint-Germain 16-year-old Arthur Zagre.

Born in October 2001, the defender has already featured for the club’s Under-19 side and made five appearances in the UEFA Youth League last term. It is believed Monaco and Borussia Dortmund are also interested.

Arsenal to miss out on Dembele?

Ousmane Dembele has been linked with a move away from Barcelona for much of the summer, and after a frustrating World Cup, the former Borussia Dortmund star has given an update on his future.

But Arsenal fans will not be pleased with the news, after he was linked to the Gunners. Indeed, Dembele was quoted by Sky Sports’ Transfer Centre (Thursday, 07:50), that he is to remain at Barca: “Yes, I’m going to stay.”
