Reported Liverpool target Kai Havertz is one goal away from breaking the record for most amount of goals scored in Germany before turning 21.
Havertz has been in stunning form for Leverkusen since the New Year.
In 2020 he has posted ten Bundesliga goals and six assists. No German player has recorded as many goal contributions in that time.
According to the Express, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is desperate to sign him.

Havertz had already become the youngest player in German history to reach 30 Bundesliga goals. And now, another record is in his sights.
After scoring four goals since the restart, Havertz has equalled Klaus Fischer’s record of having scored 34 Bundesliga goals before his 21st birthday.
Fischer, who played for 1860 Munich, Schalke, Cologne and Bochum between 1968 and 1988 scored 268 Bundesliga goals in total.
Havertz turns 21 in June. With his current form, only a cruel injury will surely prevent him from finding that one more goal to place his name in the history books.

Havertz is capable of playing in midfield or upfront. The Independent claim Leverkusen value him at £80 million – the sort of figure Liverpool haven’t been afraid to pay when identifying the perfect target.
