Tottenham were keen to sign Keita Balde in 2017. He is on the move again.

Tottenham Hotspur’s weak transfer window has left big questions being asked about the club’s ambition.
One player they may regret not moving for is Senegalese attacker Keita Balde who is on the verge of moving to Inter Milan, Sportsmediaset report.
Tottenham were strongly linked with a deal for Balde last summer, with SkySports reporting their interest in the Lazio attacker.
Balde signed for Monaco for £27 million, and now he is on the verge of signing for Inter for the same price.
He scored 16 goals in 2016/17, but only managed half that last season for Monaco.

His eight goals though were added to by his 11 assists for the Ligue 1 side.
Balde is just 23-years-old and has 39 club career goals to his name to date.
He is a winger with capability to play up front too, and could have rotated with Son, Erik Lamela and Lucas Moura, while also providing cover for Harry Kane up front.
Inter have done well to bring him back to Italy. Tottenham should consider it as an opportunity missed, once again.
