It has been reported that Motherwell have made a loan bid for the 24-year-old forward, and that talks between the two clubs are going on.

The Daily Record, though, has claimed that the former Dundee United man was in the Netherlands trying to earn a deal, but he has failed to secure a move away from Celtic Park and is poised to return to the Glasgow giants.
It has also been reported that Ciftci is not interested in a loan move to another Scottish Premiership outfit.

Sky Sports reported earlier today of Chelsea’s interest in the France Under-21 international, with the youngster spending the day in London.
Celtic claimed that Dembele was in London to have a knee problem checked out, according to the report.
