Michy Batshuayi wants Tottenham Hotspur move

According to Plaza Deportiva, Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi wants to join Tottenham Hotspur.

Batshuayi is on loan at Valencia on loan from Chelsea at the moment, having moved to the Spanish club in the summer of 2018.

The 25-year-old striker has failed to make a massive impact for Los Che, as he has scored just one goal in 522 minutes of La Liga football so far this season, according to WhoScored.

According to Plaza Deportiva, Batshuayi wants to join Tottenham on January transfer deadline day, although Spurs have not reached an agreement with Chelsea over the transfer of the Belgium international.

Sky Sports have reported that West Ham United and Real Betis are interested in the striker as well and want to sign him on a loan deal.

It has been reported that the striker’s representatives are asking for a weekly wage of £160,000 for the former Marseille star.

Jean-Kevin Augustin bids blocked

According to The Sun (Transfer Live blog, 6:22pm, Thursday, January 31, 2019), Everton, West Ham and Southampton all wanted to sign Jean-Kevin Augustin from RB Leipzig on January transfer deadline day.

It has been reported that Leipzig turned down those advances for the 21-year-old striker, as they consider him an important player in their quest to finish in the Champions League places this season.

Matthew Pennington stay at Ipswich Town

According to The Liverpool Echo, Derby County want to sign Matthew Pennington from Everton on January transfer deadline day.

Derby have reportedly asked about the former Leeds United loanee, who is on loan at Ipswich Town at the moment.

Ipswich, though, are not keen on cutting short the loan spell of the central defender, according to the report.

Ben Osborn stay at Nottingham Forest

According to The Nottingham Post, Nottingham Forest will not sell Ben Osborn today.

Stoke City are reported to be interested in the 24-year-old, who can operate as a midfielder or as a left-back, but Forest are claimed to be determined to fend off their Championship rivals’ advances.
