Harvey Elliott has taken to Instagram to make a suggestion for Roberto Firmino, after his Liverpool teammate commented on his latest upload.
The 17-year-old posted a video on himself celebrating a goal he scored while on loan at Blackburn, in which he dances like Michael Jackson.
After Firmino commented some laughing emojis, Elliott wrote back: 😂😂your next celebration my friend 😉
From our perspective, we’d love to see the Brazilian busting out some of the iconic dance moves.
It’s good to see Elliott – who is rated at £7 million based on Fulham’s compensation demands – keeping in contact with those back on Merseyside.
It’s even better to see the teenager playing so well while out on loan at Blackburn.
The Liverpool wonderkid has already netted four goals and has assisted four more in 14 Championship appearances, since moving to Ewood Park on loan.
As WhoScored shows, the prodigious talent is averaging 2.2 key passes and 1.2 shots per game.
He’s also recording an average of 1.3 dribbles every 90 minutes in the Championship.
Elliott looks to be full of confidence, something that can be proven purely by watching his Michael Jackson-themed goal celebrations.
Who knows? Maybe the London-born prospect will break into Jurgen Klopp’s XI next term, where he and Firmino can then celebrate in this fashion together.
