It has been reported that Spanish club Betis are keen on signing the 24-year-old Netherlands international striker on a loan deal from Premier League club Tottenham.
It has also been claimed that no agreement has yet been reached between Spurs and Betis.
Deadline-day activity at Celtic
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has suggested to BBC Sport that there will be deadline-day activity at Celtic Park.
The former Liverpool manager has suggested that there will be a couple of incomings and outgoings today.
Rodgers told BBC Sport: “We won’t be overly busy. There might be a couple of ins and outs.”

Sunderland blow
According to Sky Sports, Sunderland have had their fifth bid for Wigan Athletic striker Will Grigg turned down.
The League One club made an offer of £1.25m plus add-ons for the Northern Ireland international striker, but it was not enough for Championship outfit Wigan, according to the report.
The report has also claimed that Sunderland have had a bid of £1.25m for John Marquis turned down by Doncaster Rovers.
