Marc Cucurella has outlined his commitment to Chelsea amid shock links with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
Chelsea left back Marc Cucurella intends to stay at Stamford Bridge despite rumours over a departure.
Cucurella was a big-money signing for Chelsea last summer as they struck a huge deal worth up to £63million for the Spaniard.
The former Barcelona talent had been outstanding for Brighton and Hove Albion so Chelsea handed over huge money for him.
Sadly for Cucurella and Chelsea, that Brighton form wasn’t carried over to Stamford Bridge.
Cucurella failed to find his top form in West London and he started just 21 Premier League games.
Now in a battle with Ben Chilwell to start as Chelsea’s new first-choice left back, Cucurella must fight to save his Blues career.

Marc Cucurella commits to Chelsea
Some have wondered whether Chelsea could look to cash in on Cucurella after just a year at the club.
The Mirror reported in June that Newcastle united were interested in snapping up Cucurella.
Magpies chief Dan Ashworth worked with Cucurella at Brighton and a reunion was suggested.
An even stranger rumour emerged early in July as Football Transfers reported that Tottenham Hotspur are keen.
That seemed strange; Spurs already have a number of players who can play at left back in Sergio Reguilon, Ben Davies and Destiny Udogie.
Adding Cucurella just wouldn’t take sense for Tottenham and he has now committed his future to the Blues.

Speaking to Chelsea’s official website, Cucurella has admitted that he just wants to stay at Chelsea and improve into his second season.
Cucurella is looking to gain confidence under new boss Mauricio Pochettino and seemingly has no plans to move on.
“I want to stay at Chelsea,” said Cucurella. “I am very happy here, it was not an easy season. When you arrive at a big club you feel a lot of pressure and when the results don’t arrive you feel it even more. This is part of life, and we learn to improve.”
“One of the most important things in players in confidence. Confidence is one of the most important things and we have new season and new coach,” he added.
