Leeds United and Wolverhampton Wanderers links
The Mail on Sunday (print edition, page 151, August 2, 2020) claimed that Leeds are interested in the defender.
The Daily Star in July also credited Marcelo Bielsa’s side with interest in the 30-year-old left-back.
The Telegraph this month named Wolves as a possible destination for the English defender (click here to read more).
Tottenham Hotspur exit
The London Evening Standard has now reported that Rose wants to leave Tottenham, and is hoping that an overseas club come calling.
The report has claimed that Spurs believe that it will be tough to find a club in the Premier League to sign the left-back on a permanent contract.

Loan transfer?
Amid links with Leeds and Wolves, perhaps Tottenham should look into offloading Rose – who earns £60,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – on a season-long loan deal.
True, that means that Spurs will not get any transfer fee when he become a free transfer at the end of the 2020-21 campaign, but at least they will get his wages off their books for a season.
