Attacker is thriving in his post Leeds United career.

Last season after deciding he was not in the club’s first team plans, Leeds made the decision to terminate Souleymane Doukara’s contract.
He signed in Turkey with Osmanlispor, before clinching a move to Antalyaspor months later as a replacement for Samuel Eto’o.
As unlikely as it seemed, Doukara is living up to the billing of being a regular goalscorer for the Turkish Super Lig side.
This season he is in the best form of his life, scoring six goals in his last 10 games.
He also has two assists – in addition to a red card which disrupted his run of form.

Doukara is thriving in a central striker’s role which he rarely got the chance to play in at Leeds, most often shunted out to play as a winger.
It always seemed a poor fit, although he did his best, with mixed results at Elland Road.
His current form makes it seem crazy that Leeds could not find a better solution for Doukara than to simply release him.
The 27-year-old is in the best run of form of his career and it will be interesting to see if he can keep it up.
For some context, Leeds are reported by ASpor to be targeting Turkish Super Lig winger Jeremain Lens. He has just one league goal this season for Besiktas.
