Tottenham youngster Kazaiah Sterling could leave on loan before tonight’s January transfer window shuts, according to a report from Sky Sports’ live transfer blog (31/1; 15:24).

Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest are looking at completing a deadline day move for Bolton Wanderers forward Sammy Ameobi, according to the Daily Mail’s live feed (31/1; 15:25), but Martin O’Neill’s men will have to pay £4 million to get a deal done.

Ameobi has scored three goals for the Trotters this season, but O’Neill is eyeing the former Newcastle man as someone who can improve his attacking options at the City Ground.
