Stoke City’s Marko Arnautovic is reportedly wanted by West Ham United in the summer transfer window.

West Ham United are considering making a third offer for Stoke City forward Marko Arnautovic, according to The Express.

It has been reported that the Hammers have seen their first two bids of £15m and £20m for the Austria international turned down by the Potters.

According to the report, West Ham are weighing up making a third bid of around £25m for the 28-year-old, who can operate as a forward or as a winger.

However, that may not enough, as Stoke are holding out for £30m, according to The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 63, July 16, 2017).

It seems that if the Hammers increase their offer by £5m and match Stoke’s valuation of Arnautovic, then they would be able to secure the services of the former FC Twente star.

Arnautovic has been on the books of Stoke since 2013 and has proved himself in the Premier League.

The Austrian attacker scored six goals and provided five assists in 32 Premier League appearances for Stoke during the 2016-17 campaign.
