Everton are one of three sides linked with a surprise move for the West Ham United defender.
Collins is in the final year of his West Ham deal and it is claimed the interested parties believe they can get him for as little as £2 million this summer.

The Wales international, who turns 34 next month, started 22 of the Hammers’ 38 league matches last season, although The Sun reports that Hammers boss Slaven Bilic will allow him to leave if a new deal cannot be agreed.
But do Everton fans want him? And would those of West Ham persuasion be inclined to let him go?
Both sets of supporters have been having their say on social media, and it would appear that Collins could be best off remaining where he is.

Nicknamed the ‘Ginger Pele’, Collins is currently in his second spell at West Ham, having initially joined them in 2005 before a three-year spell at Aston Villa.
Should Everton move for Collins? And should West Ham let him go?
