Everton midfielder Ross Barkley was in impressive form as his side beat West Ham United this weekend.
The Blues hosted Slaven Bilic’s side at Goodison Park on Sunday looking to secure their first win in the league in four games.
They managed to do just that as goals from Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley in the second half secured them all three points.
The midfielder was in particularly fine form as he bagged his second of the campaign and his first strike in his last 23 games.
Indeed, a look at his stats from the game shows just how impressive he was throughout.
He managed 53 touches in total while he posted 23 accurate passes in total, with 19 of those coming in the final third; the best record of any player in the game.
Barkley also managed three key passes – this time the joint-best tally – and an overall passing accuracy of 81 per cent.
He was a clear threat to the opposition goal, registering two shots on target, again the joint-most, with one of those finding its way into the back of the net.
He even did a solid job defensively, posting five ball recoveries in total and winning possession in midfield on five separate occasions also.
An impressive all-round performance from Barkley, then, and Everton will be hoping there is more of the same to come in the rest of the season.
