The report has claimed that AS Monaco defensive midfielder Tchouameni has already agreed personal terms with Liverpool and Real Madrid.
Chelsea are also keen on securing the services of the 22-year-old, but they cannot talks at the moment because the takeover has not yet gone through.
However, according to the report, Tchouameni is well aware that Chelsea, who won the Champions League last season, would match the terms he has already agreed with Liverpool and Madrid.
Chelsea and Liverpool, though, think that the youngster will move to Spanish and European giants Real Madrid, who are determined to bring him to the Santiago Bernabeu, having missed out on the signing of Kylian Mbappe, according to 90min.
90min have reported that AS Monaco want €60 million £50.90m) for Tchouameni.
