Amid uncertainty over the future of Steve Cooper at Nottingham Forest due to interest from Brighton and Hove Albion, former Burnley manager Sean Dyche is being linked with a move to the City Ground.
Former Burnley manager Sean Dyche linked with Nottingham Forest
According to The Sun, Brighton have identified Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper as a potential replacement for Graham Potter.
Potter recently left the Seagulls to replace Thomas Tuchel at former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners Chelsea.
The Sun have reported that one of the managers that Forest could look at appointing should Cooper leave for Brighton is former Burnley boss Dyche.
The 51-year-old Englishman is without a managerial role at the moment following his departure from Burnley in April 2022.

Dyche is a legend at Burnley, having been at Turf Moor since 2012 and keeping them in the Premier League for a number of years.
The former Watford boss is a former Nottingham Forest player as well.
Dyche was on the books of Forest from 1987 until 1990, but he could not establish himself in the first team at the Reds and moved to Chesterfield.
The Sun have mentioned Dyche as a potential candidate for the Forest job if Cooper leaves.
The report has claimed that the Englishman is ‘bound to have backing and also started out as a player at the City Ground’, although it has added that the Forest hierarchy may prefer Bodo/Glimt manager Kjetil Knutsen.
