Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City have been offered the chance to sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window, according to 90min.
90min have reported that intermediaries have made contact with Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Juventus and AC Milan over a possible move for PSG forward Neymar.
The former Barcelona forward is considering his future, and his representatives are working on finding a club who can afford the £500,000-a-week (The Daily Star) Brazil international, according to the report.
Chelsea or Manchester City for Neymar?
In our view, Chelsea are more likely to sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain than Manchester City in the summer transfer window.

It will cost a lot for any club to sign the 30-year-old, not just in salary, but in transfer fees as well.
After all, PSG will surely not want to make a huge loss on the £200 million they paid Barcelona to sign Neymar in the summer of 2017.
Would Manchester City really be willing to pay millions to sign an injury-prone 30-year-old even if it is Neymar?
We think that Chelsea would see the Brazilian as a big statement signing under new owner Todd Boehly, and are more likely to sign him than City.
