Brighton boss, Roberto De Zerbi, has been nominated for the Premier League’s Manager of the Season amid links to Tottenham Hotspur.
The 43-year-old has done an outstanding job at the Amex Stadium and he is well on course to helping Brighton secure their first-ever European finish.
Roberto De Zerbi has been nominated for the big prize alongside Mikel Arteta, Unai Emery, Pep Guardiola, Eddie Howe and Marco Silva, as posted by the Premier League.

Following Graham Potter’s exit to Chelsea in September, a job he has since been sacked from, those in the South Coast turned to the unknown face of De Zerbi.
Since stepping foot in English football, it’s not just that he has pushed Brighton towards Europe that has left many in awe, but it’s the style in which he has done it in – Tim Sherwood thinks the Italian would be ‘perfect’ for Tottenham.
That’s why many are singing his praises, including Pep Guardiola, who thinks the Seagulls are the ‘best team in the world’ when playing out from the back.

DE ZERBI SHOULD STAY AT BRIGHTON
De Zerbi is cooking something special at the club and he has only just arrived, so he shouldn’t be in a rush to leave.
Plus, unless Brighton collapses in an almighty fashion, they should be playing European football next season. A chance for the team to win some silverware on the European stage.
It’s understandable if, beyond next season, De Zerbi decides to leave because, forget Tottenham, the big boys in his homeland of Italy will be gunning for his signature.
