Worried Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react after the club posted a 42-second clip of Heung-min Son grabbing an assist for South Korea today.

Why would that leave Tottenham supporters worried?

Well, it sounds like plenty of them are anxious for him to leave international duty unscathed so he can get back to playing for Jose Mourinho immediately.

Son has started all eight of Tottenham’s Premier League games this season, while also making five appearances in the Europa League – across both the qualifying phase and group stage.

To add to that, the former Bayer Leverkusen attacker has now played 90 minutes back-to-back after South Korea used him to the maximum in games against Mexico on Saturday and Qatar today.

Annoyingly for Tottenham fans, today’s match against Qatar was a friendly, so it would’ve been for nothing if Son had picked up an injury.

Spurs fans are also seemingly quite anxious about their No.7 following a report from the Evening Standard revealing he was in quarantine, after four South Korea players tested positive for Coronavirus.
