Liverpool have another young striker to be excited about.

Liverpool won the FA Youth Cup last season and were powered by two prolific young strikers.
Paul Glatzel and Bobby Duncan both scored for fun and would have been eligible for the under-18s again this season.
Duncan had other ideas, forcing a bitter move to Fiorentina, while Glatzel has had the cruel luck of suffering a torn ACL in pre-season.
Fortunately, Liverpool still have another bright talent in the ranks, Fidel O’Rourke.
O’Rourke, 16, made his debut for the under-18s last season and is now viewed as a regular starter.
He is captaining the team and has begun the season brightly with four goals in five appearances.
Two of these came at the weekend as the Reds beat Swansea City 3-2.
O’Rourke’s second was a last minute winner, sealing an impressive fightback.

The youngster will want to be producing performances like this on a weekly basis, and he isn’t quite there yet, but he is proving capable of deciding games.
He is well down the queue at Liverpool and the first team won’t be on his radar for another couple of seasons.
Yet it should please the Reds that they have a player capable of replacing Duncan, and potentially partnering Glatzel when he returns from injury.
