Tottenham Hotspur youngster is making a leap forward.

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Jack Roles’ promising season in the academy could be leading to an interesting crossroads.
The 19-year-old has been among the under-23s most consistent performers this season, and has shone in the UEFA Youth League.
Roles has scored four goals and provided four assists, netting in the league, UEFA competition, and the Checkatrade Trophy.
The Cyprus youth international turns 20 in February and needs to take on a new challenge in the second half of the season.
Tottenham are in need of midfielders, and Roles could be a solution for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

His productive form would suggest he deserves an opportunity in the New Year, perhaps in the FA Cup.
If Pochettino does not agree, then he must let Roles prove himself in another way, by sending him out on loan.
Roles is showing promising signs of development and Spurs should consider a way to maximise this.
If they do not feel he can contribute to them right now, then they should find Roles a temporary club who can help him shine.
