Norwich full-back Max Aarons has taken to Instagram to send Ben Godfrey a two-word message after Everton’s 2-1 win over Wolves last night.

The Toffees moved up to fourth in the Premier League after winning their tenth game of the campaign, thanks to goals from Alex Iwobi and Michael Keane.

After full-time, Aarons – who is a transfer target for the Toffees – sent a message to his old Norwich teammate Godfrey on Instagram.

The England Under-21 international wrote: ‘My boyyyy🤝❤️’

News of Everton’s interest in the right-back comes from TEAMtalk, who say that the Merseysiders admire the 21-year-old Canaries star.

Everton’s interest has also been reported by the Daily Mail.

They believe that Arsenal, Tottenham and West Ham are also interested in the defender.

It is also stated that £30 million would be enough to get a deal done.

In our view, Aarons would be a fantastic addition, and an ideal heir to Seamus Coleman’s throne.

As TEAMtalk also mention, Barcelona and Bayern Munich were eyeing the Norwich academy graduate.

Manchester City were also named as admirers.

If the Toffees were to beat clubs of this stature to Aarons, then it would be a major coup – the right-back is a huge prospect with bags of potential.
