- EXCLUSIVE from Graeme Bailey
HITC understands that Serhou Guirassy, who was wanted by multiple Premier League clubs, has agreed to join Borussia Dortmund.
HITC reported back in April that Serhou Guirassy had his eyes set firmly on a move to the Premier League and Arsenal and Chelsea were among the sides considering a deal for the Stuttgart forward.
One of the main reasons behind the London clubs being interested in Guirassy was the relatively low fee that the forward would demand.
VfB Stuttgart wanted just £16 million for a player who was only outscored in the division by Harry Kane.
However, this is now an irrelevance as sources have told HITC that Guirassy has indeed agreed to join Borussia Dortmund.

Premier League clubs were keen but no deal materialised
Sources from those at Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, who were all understood to be interested in the Guinea forward, confirmed to HITC that they never made an offer.
Last season for Stuttgart, in 30 appearances for the 28-year-old forward in all competitions, Guirassy netted 30 times for the Bundesliga overperformers as they achieved Champions League football.
As mentioned, none of the three top Premier League sides who were interested in the Guinea forward never made an offer.
This is certainly surprising considering the low fee which, as mentioned, is just £16 million for foreign clubs.
Arsenal and Chelsea are understood to be keen on adding a striker to their team whilst Spurs would also like an attacking addition.
Dortmund personal terms agreed for Guirassy
Despite the forward’s willingness to move to the Premier League, as neither of those three sides made an offer for the forward, he was left with little choice.
Sources have told HITC that the Guinean forward will set Dortmund back just £15 million and he could be a key addition for the German side heading into the new season.
Personal terms are yet to be agreed but that is all that is stopping the 28-year-old from completing his move to the Signal Iduna Park.
