In the case of Wolverhampton Wanderers, there are quite a few players who should be highly considered for a transfer away from Molineux in the January transfer window.

In terms of potential, many people were excited about Borthwick-Jackson’s arrival at Wolves. The on-loan Manchester United youngster had been tipped for greatness for a few years now, but things have not exactly worked out as fans would’ve hoped. The defender has looked out of sorts during his appearances for the Midlands side, and has been making the headlines more for Mourinho’s input than anything he’s done on the pitch.
Paul Gladon

It seemed like things were destined to fail from the start for Paul Gladon. The forward was one of many new signings that were paraded around in the summer, and unfortunately being lost in the shuffle isn’t an excuse for Gladon just not being up to the necessary standards at this level. Manager Lambert has essentially said the same thing himself, and it appears as if Paul’s short stay in Wolverhampton will soon come to an abrupt end.

Whilst he has made a number of appearances so far this season, Saiss just doesn’t seem to have that special quality necessary to thrive at Wolves. He’s a perfectly fine player, but when you compare him to the abundance of British talent at Molineux then the 26-year-old doesn’t really match up. There’s still time for this to change, but considering how many youthful, hungry players there are in his position it may be time to move on.
