The latest relating to Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, Arsenal, Everton, Crystal Palace and Chelsea.

According to Sky Sports transfer centre (12:24pm) Manchester City have made a second bid for Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez.
The Blues failed with their initial offer for the Chile international but they are said to have made fresh contact with the Gunners and have improved on their opening gambit.
It is not clear how much City have offered but, unless Arsenal want to risk losing the forward for free this time next year, it may be a deal too good to refuse for Arsene Wenger’s men.

In other news, Sky Sports transfer centre (12:20) is claiming Tottenham Hotspur are in contact with Ross Barkley and may have already made a bid for the Everton midfielder today.
If a bid has not yet been submitted to the Toffees, it is believed Tottenham will change that in the coming hours, with Mauricio Pochettino’s side eager to make up for lost time and strengthen more key areas of their squad before it is too late.

Moving on, Sky Sports Germany is reporting that Chelsea have failed in an attempt to sign Bayern Munich’s Rafinha.
Antonio Conte’s side need some last-minute additions as they bid to defend their title. However they will need to improve their initial offer for the 31-year-old right-back.
It remains to be seen if Chelsea will return with a fresh offer in what remains of the transfer window.
Sky Sports is also claiming Borussia Dortmund have agreed a deal to sign City youngster Jadon Sancho, initially on loan with a view to a permanent move.
That will be a blow to other suitors including Arsenal and Tottenham, with the teenager one of the most highly rated young English talents in the game.
And finally, Sky Sports is reporting that Jordon Mutch will leave Crystal Palace on loan today with Burton Albion and Bristol City both making offers for the player.
