According to TVP Sport, Kamil Grosicki is prepared to slash his wages by more than half in order to secure an exit from West Brom.
In our view, this suggests he is extremely keen to leave, as that is quite the pay cut – to say the least.
The 80-cap Poland international was seriously close to leaving the Hawthorns back in October, as Nottingham Forest tried to sign him.
However, Chris Hughton’s side submitted the relevant paperwork 21 seconds after the deadline had passed.
Forest subsequently lost an appeal for the transfer to go through, and the 32-year-old ended up staying in the Midlands where he has endured a tough time.
Grosicki has only made three Premier League appearances this season, and judging by TVP Sport‘s update, he is absolutely desperate to leave.

So much so, that he would be willing to take a 50% pay cut on his reported £25,000-a-week salary in order to get his move away.
Legia Warsaw are interested in signing him.
However, TVP Sport say that there is simply no way the Polish giants can afford to sign Grosicki while he’s earning his current salary.

It will be a shame to see the Pole depart – if and when he does leave – as he enjoyed a decent season last term after Slaven Bilić signed him from Hull City.
In 19 appearances for the Baggies, he has scored one goal while assisting five more.
He also played his part in securing promotion back to the Premier League.
