The Sun has reported that Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United all are monitoring the situation of Osimhen at Napoli.
The 24-year-old Nigeria international striker has been involved in a row with his club Napoli over TikTok videos.

Former Tottenham Hotspur striker and Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker believes that Osimhen would be a good signing for Arsenal.
Lineker said on The Rest is Football podcast: “If you look across Europe, Real Madrid are desperately short of a striker, although Mbappe is probably their target in the summer.
“Having said that, Mbappe is not really a 9.
“And Arsenal have also been linked with him.
“He would be a great addition to any of their clubs, wouldn’t he?
“And you (Micah Richards) mentioned Chelsea as well.”
Arsenal unlikely to be able to sign Victor Osimhen in January 2024
In our view, Arsenal are unlikely to be able to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli in the January transfer window.
We believe that a 2024 summer move is more likely.
Even then, Arsenal would have to pay a lot of money, potentially £150 million, to bring the striker to the Emirates Stadium.
After all, Napoli won the Serie A title last season and regularly play in the UEFA Champions League.
There is no doubt, though, that Osimhen would be a brilliant signing for Arsenal.
The Nigerian is a natural striker and is a proper number 9.
And, he is only 24.
Osimhen can only get better and improve in the coming years.
The Napoli no. 9 has scored four goals in six Serie A matches so far this season.
The striker scored 26 goals and provided four assists in Serie A and scored five goals in the UEFA Champions League for Napoli last season.
