Tottenham have been linked to Youri Tielemans.

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for Youri Tielemans, The Telegraph report their interest.
The Monaco midfielder is said to be on the radar of a number of Premier League clubs, of which Tottenham are best placed in the table.
A move for the midfielder now would be ideally timed, for the player as well as transfer-deprived Tottenham supporters.
Tielemans was in demand at Anderlecht, choosing to sign with Monaco.
It was seen as a stepping stone to an elite club. The problem is that his prolific form in Belgium has not translated to France.
He went from scoring 18 goals in 2016/17 for Anderlecht, to netting only once for Monaco in 2017/18, and he was fortunate to make Belgium’s World Cup squad.

This season has been a bit better, with Tielemans on the scoresheet five times. Now Monaco have changed managers again, with Thierry Henry replaced again by Leonardo Jardim, The Mail report.
At just 21, Tielemans has a great career ahead of him. He is exactly the type of player Tottenham should be after.
Right now they would be buying low, after one and a half underwhelming seasons at Monaco.
Why wait for him to hit form and then see his price double?
Tottenham have a need for a central midfielder and Mauricio Pochettino’s track record of developing players gives promise to the hope that he could help Tielemans reach his potential.
The £20 million price quoted by SkySports is a bargain for Tielemans, and Tottenham would be wise to buy now, while both they and the player need the transfer to happen.
