Rangers and Celtic to miss out on targets?

According to the Liverpool Echo, Lazar Markovic will be the only player to leave Liverpool on deadline day, striking a potential blow to Glasgow Rangers and Celtic.

Rangers had been linked heavily with Solanke, while Celtic had wanted Pedro Chirivella.

But Jurgen Klopp is now expected to keep hold of the pair, with the Glasgow due set to miss out.

Kouassi told he can leave

Kouassi Eboue could leave Celtic today, with Brendan Rodgers willing to let the midfielder go, according to the Daily Record.

Eboue has made a limited impact at Celtic since signing, and it seems his time in Glasgow could be coming at an end.
